Get to CC early if you're looking to hang out in the bar area and not the dance floor, as by 11 it's shoulder-to-shoulder with all of the guys who aren't drunk enough to hit the dance floor. If you're in your late 20s, early 30s, then check out Club Cafe or Trophy Room on a Friday, both are only a block away. I'd say it depends a bit on your age, and what crowd looking for.
